Text Box: PAYMENT - Payment is due and payable upon office visit. It is the clients responsibility to file claims with their insurance company for reimbursement. An average session is typically an hour and a half to two hours. The FHC “Giving Back” Program - Community Service Discounts: Florida Hypnotherapy Center is an active community service orientated business. We believe in the importance of giving back to the community in the form of time, service and money; Therefore, FHC staff can be seen all over town in many different environments performing many duties with open and loving hearts. Military-5% Student-5% Senior-5% City/State/Gov Employee-5% Insurance - Most Major Insurance companies have an alternative health policy section. In the alternative medicine section they outline the individual plan coverage for specific services such as; Acupuncture, Chiropractic and Hypnotherapy. Some Insurance companies do not provide coverage for services by alternative healing practitioners. With a physician’s written referral and/or prescription to Florida Hypnotherapy Center, along with a paid receipt from Florida Hypnotherapy Center for services provided. A reimbursement request form from the insurance company can be submitted for repayment consideration. The specific coverage information can be obtained by calling the customer service number on the back of the insurance card and by requesting coverage eligibility for hypnotherapy services along with the appropriate procedure for reimbursement. Florida Hypnotherapy center does not file insurance claims or collect payment from insurance companies. We do not have a billing department in place to handle these types of transactions at this time.
